Uses: Locke can be very good if you want to get some rare items. With his Steal ability, you can get good stuff from monsters, especially bosses.

Weaknesses: His steal skill can be annoying when trying to get rare items since those items are hard to steal. It can be very time consuming doing this, but it's all worthwhile unless your trying to beat the game quickly.

History: A few years back, Locke was hunting for some treasures with his love, Rachel. An event occured in which she fell down in a cave and lost her memory. She then died in an Imperial attack, and the last thing she uttered was Locke's name. When Locke met Celes, he felt that when he was protecting her, he was protecting Rachel. But after a while, Locke got close to Celes, and Locke kept his word that he would not let her suffer a similar fate as Rachel did. Locke joined the Returner's because he vowed that he would stop the empire from harming any others.
